Getting so large that things have changed

- HR are abysmal. They do not listen, just want to box tick and look down on you - Building was built in the 50s, barely any windows, no light and mold on the walls - They walk the walk with all the fancy slogans, posters and campaigns but that never trickles down to the staff doing the work - One depot is the only one in the entire company that has to publically log where you're going at all times. Toilet included - embarrassing as adults having to change your status to the toilet for everyone to see how long you've been - Team leaders have no experience after being promoted from hire controllers and have little pods of friends; toxic atmosphere - Everyone is in mismatched, ripped hand my down uniforms - Team managers are lazy and let everyone else do the work while they take the glory for the team - Team managers been promoted from hire controllers as favorites but have no experience - Public bullying allowed as nothing ever gets said. You report individuals constantly and nothing is ever done about it
