      Good company overall, no work/life balance

      Pros

      Solid company leadership, vision, and safety policy.

      Cons

      Falls short at middle and lower management levels in some areas/divisions. Burns out employees with no work-life balance, by far the worst in that respect in 30 years of employment and 25 in management, waited to see if it would improve, but never did. Leadership seems perfectly content allowing salaried workers to spend 80 hours a week at work.

      Amazing team benefits and work culture

      Pros

      Sunbelt has been nothing but welcoming since I have come on as part of the team. Offering amazing PTO insurance and other benefits. The team was extremely easy to work with as a new hire and supportive still to this day and truly values my furthered education

      No cons I can think of.
