Take Home Vehicle Profit Share Bonuses ( End of Year)

Cons

- 50 hour work week expected (usually 55hr weeks) - Poor Work to Life Balance. More and more tasks being distributed among same number of employees - Profit Share plans change annually. Higher bonus percentage offered but nearly impossible to achieve - Lack of vertical opportunity above the PCM/ Branch Manager Role - Base pay is well below industry average
