      Solid company. Good benefits. Opportunity to advance for those whom apply themselves and are willing to learn & earn (as it should be).

      Cons

      Pay has been below average for quite sometime with regard to some positions (though the company appears to be working on that presently).

      Good communication. Mangement is cool as long as everything is within guidelines. Self accountability of time and work ethic. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      High comeptition for movement in company. Too many changes in short amount of time.
