Pros

I’ve seen this company grow so fast and so big over the years and they have managed to keep the values they have had since the beginning when they weren’t so big. All employee suggestions or ideas are valued and taken seriously no matter what level of employment.

Cons

After almost 20 years of employment I’m sure I’ve had some cons to talk about but I can’t think of any off the top of my head. They must have not have been that big of a deal or I would remember.
