Pros

Good benefits and friendly staff for the most part

Cons

Pay isn’t enough for the labor you provide and management has strange rules that can make working here very difficult.

Pros

Always growing and good benefits. Safety is constantly in the forefront.

Cons

Work life balance is no good. Not enough employees or equipment. Profit share is none existent anymore. Compensation we seem to always be behind the competition. A very reactionary company

Pros

Management is wonderful and safety is taken seriously. Pay is pretty good for a non-education job Job security- stuff breaks all the time.

Cons

Dirty, hot, nasty, and hazardous sometimes. Some head foreman’s push way too hard and ignore break time rules for 120 degree buildings next to boilers causing heat stroke. Called in at all hours of the night. Only 4 days a month off but not really because if they call word quietly spread that even if it’s not your on call weekend they will fire you for not coming.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. The safety of our team members and customers is our number one priority. We want our team members to feel safe in their working environment and appreciate your feedback. We value your opinion and will make this a safety moment to encourage more breaks when working in these kind of conditions.
