      An ok place to work

      Pros

      Plenty of stability at Sunbelt. The company is growing rapidly. You can move up and will receive pay increases. I have received approximately 5% raises annually in 2 years. Overtime is not hard to come by. Company vehicle you take home as a field tech. Most of the work is easy. Not a lot of heavy repair.

      Cons

      Not as much PTO as other companies starting out. Technical training is non-existent. You must learn as you go from others. Not a place to start your career as a tech. Company will have you do additional duties that are not necessarily related to primary job description.

      Pros

      Let’s me borrow whatever equipment I need on the weekends.

      Cons

      Check & verify an applicants work history, education, certifications, etc… before agreeing to hire them. Maybe have a probationary period for new tech 1’s and yard associates where they remain as a temporary employee until they prove themselves.
