Pros

Sunbelt genuinely cares about its employees, and it shows in the culture. While also some companies say they promote from within, I’ve never been in one that truly lives by it like Sunbelt Rentals. I can see why people stay for as long as they do, the time you put in will be worth the effort.

Cons

There’s a lot to learn with product knowledge. A lot of training is offered on a schedule, but during the orientation period there needs to be more detailed training.
