Pros

I had three choices for a high end position four and a half years ago. Sunbelt was the last potential that I found...my decision was simple after meeting the Ops Leaders and Safety Leaders here. Hands down the best company I have ever worked for--I've been almost 30 years in the business so that is saying something!

Cons

Some more diversity would be ideal....but I know it is coming...the company is doing some amazing things in that arena also---in its infancy but it is happening!

There are/will always be struggles no matter where you go but they are minimal here.

One of the most Safety conscious companies I have ever been a part of, the training, review meetings, planning meetings all revolve around safety. On top of that they truly care about each individual and will strive to find a way to make everyone feel welcome.

Cons

Customers can be very demanding and if you let stress get to you it can bring you down
