      Pros

      Good company with not so bad benefits. Enjoy working with the customers and helping them with getting the equipment they need to get there job done.

      Cons

      Management takes advantage of the hardworking. They almost seem prejudice against minorities who come in and shop. Bad mgmt skills take place and the district mgr doesn't understand you cannot say yes to every customer if you do not have the equipment available. No team work with other sunbelt rentals. No appreciation for there employees during the holidays. They do not care about you. This company is expanding to fast. Needs to understand what's in front of them and take care of there employees that they have in front of them now.

      Pros

      Interesting industry. Able to gain experience on different types of machinery. It's nice when you can help someone complete a project or to know that you had a hand in building something.

      Cons

      Management is very disconnected from what actually goes on in house. Most have been there for years and feel that they've "earned" the luxury of being able to do very little work. It seems as if the only time change happens is when something goes negatively for management. After a few weeks though it's all back to normal. There is definite favoritism when it comes to the sales reps who get to just push orders through and everyone else has to figure out how to make it work even if there's no possible way it can. If there's ever a problem the first response is to find someone to blame as opposed to taking care of the issue first. It's as if we're not on the same team.

      Pros

      Great Leadership that has the employee in mind in everything they do. When they say that your earning potential is unlimited they mean it. They tell managers to run like they own it and try their hardest to make that a reality. Great assortment of fleet that is the newest in the industry.

      Cons

      Long hours and some managers have lost touch with reality. Run the business lean and mean with hourly employees.
