Pros

Sunbelt gives Branch Managers a lot of autonomy to run their business. I love the team that I am surrounded by - we support each other and win together like a team should.

Cons

Would like to see more diversity in management and leadership roles. Sunbelt does have several programs that support diversity in the workplace. I look forward to seeing a more diverse management team and the value that it adds to our business.

Every day is different, lots of different gear to work on/learn about. Lots of driving time if you're a field tech.

Cons

Chronically understaffed 10+ hour days 6+ days a week all winter. Flimsy safety culture.
