Pros

Benefits start after 1 month but If you are regularly on job sites seeking work you will notice the recurring listings for Sunbelt. It's not because they are growing and need more people, it's because people don't stay.

Cons

Management is not properly trained as most are promoted from Sales Reps so the work culture is not very professional. Company has designed the work environment to be micromanaged but presents it as "safety". Safety is not the priority, at least at the branch level. It's a very adolescent minded environment with favoritism, gossiping, back stabbing and the expectation that you are to "bow down" to managers because they think they are God's.
