none, good group of people other than the manager, whom i believe isn't there any more.

Cons

just absolute lies, get the job and then a month or 2 in they change your pay and say that is what it was supposed to be, what are you supposed to do at this point, go back to your other job where you have already been backfilled.

Will hire most people; set schedule- rarely work weekends; decent benefits and reimbursements; provides uniforms and cell phone; great place to learn the industry and gain experience for your next job

Cons

High staff turnover; understaffed; very low pay; lots of "other duties assigned" work, bordering exploitation; no encouragement for career growth or professional development; no bonuses whatsoever, not even Christmas; minimal management interaction or feedback unless something is wrong; no reciprocity or recognition for being loyal, dependable, reliable, or going above and beyond; lack of employee retention incentives

- Some of the people on the business operations side were great to work with. -health insurance was decent

Cons

- Anti Culture - no Work Life / Balance - Sub Par Pay and Benefits - Unorganized mess with no thoughtful planning in any type of work (Just "do it") - Favoritism & buddy hires in positions that they have no business working in. -lack of Holidays & PTO - wasting tons of money on multiple products doing the same operations instead of consolidating
