Pros

Safety is everything to Sunbelt. They do all they can to make sure employees have proper PPE and resources to keep everyone safe. For important in this industry. I do believe the majority of Sunbelts are great. They care.

Cons

Long Hours. The sense of urgency is there all day every day. With people comes drama and at a particular location in Tennessee, the drama that came with a handful of people was more than draining. HR is a joke when it comes to accountability for the superiors.

+ Changing Rapidly with exciting new features + Constant learning Something New + Business is doing well + Great Health/ Dental Insurance Coverage + Competitive Salaries

Cons

- PTO is below average to be able to hire and retain top talent. There needs to be more days added from Year 1 and up. - Less Holidays as well compared to most other companies - Growing pains and confusion in a lot of areas due to rapid growth and lot of new hires - 401k match is 3% which is below average. - Work/ Life Balance is lacking
