      Good Caring Company if Salary is not Important

      Great Management with managers that care about their employees.

      Cons

      HR department is clueless about benefits - be sure to refer to employee handbook for any questions as you will not get a call back with any answers from HR; I lost $500 on health funds due to their ignorance. Training at Sunbelt is "you figure it out" employees in the field will desperately seek answers from anyone in Corporate office even if those employees have no knowledge of their job responsibilities. And bonuses, those are given and taken away at the penny pinchers discretion with no explanation.
