Good pay, Nice work truck to take home

Cons

Upper leadership is terrible. They only care about numbers and doing whatever it takes to make them. They only see people as numbers and dont care about your home life at all

Pros

Pay wasn't all that great !

Cons

Management not helpful when needing some help with Dispatch micromanage every thing you do! On call all the time! No leadership or responsible on management . Always would push to get work done even while super slow day!!!! Dispatch personal needed more training on how to talk to people !!!!!

Pros

- Decent benefits for tenured employees - Commendable recent efforts for ESG, DEI, and Veterans Programs - Some employees genuinely work hard and want to better the business

Cons

- Management is incapable/unwilling to act on input from their subordinates - Numerous non-technical managers in positions that demand technical ability, and in some cases, can't even manage people - Mass outsourcing to India of positions that should be US-based - Zero leadership and cohesion behind/understanding of IT goals - Pointless RTO policy - No performance-based compensation bonus, same raise potential despite effort or adherence to expectations - Listed job responsibilities fall far short of actual duties - Bonus/profit share structure dependent on overall company performance, not deliverable metrics - Plenty of drones there just to collect a paycheck - Too many old white guys running the show
