work way too many hours then you get paid on salary. minimize your growth. You also have to do multiple roles in the job while only being paid for one. they want you to work from home when they are closed and answer every call. even when you are not at work. while still only getting paid the minimum

Pros

Great resources and fantastic team of sales to work with. It was a very cool experience for me and I learned a lot from my role.

Cons

I wish there was more diversity in terms of hiring. However, I guess because it was in the South so that makes it a bit difficult compared to other regions in the US. I was one of the very few people at the office that was first gen Asian who speaks an additional language other than English.
