Pros
The company has done great job taking care of employees at pcs that make it happen everyday.
Cons
Forgotten about other employees that have gone 2 years without a raise and no idea when will receive one is unacceptable and when does happen will not make up for lack of one for last year. it’s just assumed that because it’s a great company that we won’t leave. job market is hot and less attractive and to stay.
