      Sunbelt Rentals offers impressive benefits and genuinely very interesting programs with a strategic outlook that’s very optimistic along with new innovative safety tactics , goals and personal responsibilities that in my opinion makes safety not only a way of life but an also an enjoyment

      Besides the CEO and a few others but from what I’ve seen there are too many Micro pounding ego boosting overpowered ABC 123 managers that are obsessed in their own delusional fixation that sometimes cross personal boundaries by raising there voice and talking aggressively from the lack of people skills that kills morale along with with bare minimum below industry standard wages that need at least ten hours of overtime In order to live a fairly descent life ,, 40 hours on some of those wages is considered low income or lower middle class .. but don’t take my word for it ,, read other reviews with very similar outlooks Because obviously Sunbelt Rentals allows this to happen Or otherwise you wouldn’t see so many similar reviews on a consistent bases that has been answered by the company underneath the review on how they strive to be the best and take these issues seriously but yet they haven’t been resolved .. if you file a complaint I can almost certainly guarantee You’ll be retaliated on immediately or somewhere down the road ,, Nobody liked the truth

      Many hours Free equipment rental

      Cons

      -No training About 20 years behind the times as far as professionalism and culture Not a company for a recent college graduate looking to grow. If you’re a 50 year white male you should fit in great “Inside Sales” is more just a customer service rep answering hundreds of inbound calls. Can’t even go use the bathroom without stressing out about the phone. Honestly just a retail position that’s pretty much a joke.

      Management is horrible, company does not do bonuses, cut your hours at any time but still want same amount of work to be completed.
