      Pros

      The perfect role for someone that is self-motivated and loves autonomy in the work environment. If you're looking to gain knowledge, and insight in the construction industry - this is the role for you.

      Cons

      Attitude of coworkers. Everyone seems to be working for the weekend. There is no motivation, just complacency. 11 hour days are no way to keep your employees motivated and or happy, it allows no time for family or personal hobbies.

      Pros

      In my position I have the opportunity to travel regularly to locations in nine districts spanning eleven states. I can honestly say that everywhere I go, while different, there is a sense of family and camaraderie that I have not experienced in similar roles working for other employers. The individual locations, districts, regions and the organization as a whole, consistently strive to do the right thing for the employees.

      The nature of the business can contribute to some emotionally-charged situations as it is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
