      Pros

      Great opportunity to work on a large variety of tools and equipment. Wonderful helping customers and teaching them how to use the equipment they were renting. Fellow employees help each other for the most part and are willing to share tools.

      Cons

      Everything nickeled and dimed. Mechanic are woked hard with little appraciaction shown, while salesmen run up company expence meals, parties, and trips. Without mechanics the “Profit Center” will stop. 24/7 customer service does not meen driving any time to a service call, becuase of DOT hour limits. Not enough mechanics to rotate the ‘On Call” job so I worked almost every other weekend. Not enough training or money invested into employees and no future for mechanics unless you go to the darkside of sales. And it seemed like we were always weeks behind schedule trying to play catchup.

      Job security and great benefits

      Cons

      This position is a salary position, they will expect you to get there early and stay there late. You will be on call everyday even thought they say you wouldn't.
