      Sunbelt was a nice company overall to work for, good benefits, good coworkers, very friendly environment.

      Cons

      New management was lacking crucial skills needed to supervise, frequently short staffed - which created a strain on the department. No room for growth, as the same managers have been working there for 10+ years

      there has been a shift in focus from customers to spread sheets. those that interact directly with the customer are unable to make decisions. stores are understaffed and overloaded

      Pros

      The pros to working here are the pay you bi-weekly. The job is very easy, but other than that I cannot think of any other positives to working for this company.

      Cons

      The management is incompetent, the wages are very low, the work environment is toxic, both literally and figuratively, the management does not care employees are subjected to dangerous work conditions, 2 bathrooms for 40 people, you work on a time clock, they try to not to pay you when office has to be closed, the managers bully employees, the managers put policies in effect, but only enforce when they feel like it and have special rules for their pet employees.
