      Pros

      Decent Pay, Decent Benefits, Awesome Employee discount on equipment rental's. Good working environment.

      Cons

      No training at all for new employees. Contestant changes within the company and districts, one day you can do this the next you can't. Wont provide a vehicle for sales rep, expects you to go out and buy a new vehicle every 4 years.

      Pros

      Great company with a strong leadership team, and very positive business outlook.

      Cons

      Work- life balance is challenging due to the rate of growth the company has maintained over the last five years. Growth of the support operations lags the rate of growth of field operations, and this leads to over worked staff. Company lacks a pay for performance compensation program, which results in high performing employees receiving the same percentage pay increases and profit sharing as average and low performing employees.

      Cons

      It's all who you know they promote who they want. It doesn't matter what kind of experience you have if you don't fit in with upper management you won't go anywhere
