Pros
The only good things about the position is the hours and the health benefits are pretty decent as well as the parking.
Cons
Management is & co-worker customer service representatives are absolutely mind blowing horrible! So rude, condescending, expect you to learn the late 80's computer system which is the worst I've ever used, they expect you to learn it right away. Then if you have a question, they respond in an accusitory way, like your the biggest idiot in the world & you better get it right next time. Worst company I've ever worked for. Environment is oppressive & depressed.
