      This company is very Diverse which is something I can appreciate.

      Cons

      Pay is beyond horrible. $10 HR and you will remain a temp for one year no raise in this time! This company will get rid of you with no warning no matter how good you do. When they don’t need you they will fire you! Period!

      Dead end roles, understaffed, mindless production

      Stress free, no pressure to meet deadlines or goals, laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      Low salary, no advancement opportunity, small team of good ol'boy network controls all decisions, annual bonus is based on revenue which few people in Support office actually have any influence upon
