      Pros

      company is growing fast you can move up quickly but don't expect much of a pay raise.

      Cons

      they take profit for the shareholders over keeping good people. they had the most profitable year and decided to change the payplan for outside sales (new plan amounts to a 20-40 % pay cut). Some bean counter at the top thinks sales is a necessary evil......

      Pros

      There are none. Company has become greedy & a terrible place to work since I started many years ago. A good company now in the toilet.

      Cons

      So many. Mainly chest thumping about record profits. Then putting "thresholds" into the. Commission plan that are impossible to hit. Causing me to lose everything I have after busting my rear end for years to help them gain their record profits.
