Pros
Steady employment,decent pay the hourly people are some of the best to work with. And as long as you do your job most will leave you alone.
Cons
If you are not in the good ole boss network you will go no where with this company. After 10 years of loyal service have applied for several positions and have been told anything from not enough management experience to not enough computer experience. The latest is the big one that makes me sick. I was told that I did not have enough experience working on equipment in a shop environment. Just a reminder. I have been in the rental business for over 25 years and with sunbelt for the past 10 years. They will tell you lies just to keep you quiet.
