Pros

District manager is great and is genuinely interested in helping one succeed. A fair amount of autonomy.

Cons

Lack training and initial direction. Sales people are not treated as well as they should be. Base salary needs to be more in line with $40k year. Commission structure is not good and difficult to break down where to focus for top earning potential.

Pros

Sunbelt leadership always has the employees best interest in their strategy. I have been here for over 21 years and they have consistently done what is right for the employees .

Cons

Sometimes the internal communication could be a little better, but it is something that is being worked in currently.

Pros

I had a great experience from the interview process all the way through the onboarding process. This is a company that values their employees and customers alike (at least at the location I’m at). Equipment is all updated and in great condition.
