      Pros

      Sunbelt has offered me numerous opportunities to grow and gain knowledge in many different positions. I am proud to say that I am a Sunbelt Employee. at such a young age I have expanded my knowledge in business and customer service all thanks to the management teams we have in place.

      Cons

      some of the managers lack disciplinary actions to employees.

      Pros

      Great senior management team that is accessible, if you are in sales and management you will meet the CEO. If you work hard and have a great attitude you can go far.

      Cons

      Career advancement depends on your middle level management, 50% are petty tyrant jerks and the other half are like working with Stephen Covey/Tony Dungy. The compensation is very low in major metropolitan markets.

      Pros

      Good company, friendly. They are constantly growing so there is a lot of room for advancement. Friendly environment and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Like I said before, the hours can be long....but there is no over time pay checks for employees. May have to work weekends
