Ancient DOS system, horrible CRM, too many middle managers

Outside senior team from Advanced Auto has changed the culture for the negative. Its a let's protect all the managers/directors/VP culture so we can sit in meetings all day and do no work. The people that are actually putting in the work are getting let go or being treated very poorly. CEO had to get a $14 million raise, and they had to hold a big party in Nashville for managers above to drink and party for a week. Meanwhile, bonuses and OT have been cut for the backbone of the company.
