Steady job with decent income and good benefits

Cons

Room for advancement is limited, Have to be in a "click" and be a yes man. Upper management is too removed from day to day operations to make any real fixes. Company would rather buy out small competition than take care of its its rapidly aging fleet or its workers.

Fast, fun, exciting field to work in. Pay is good.

Cons

Very hectic at the operations level, complicating deals. Regional management seems disconnected. No straight path for progression within the company for the sales team. No target numbers nor accelerators.
