      Decent pay, decent benefits, some of management tries

      Cons

      Getting rid of employees when CEO getting a $7 million raise, adding an extra layer of unnecessary sr management, having an overly extravagant company gathering in Atlanta and expensive local events-they say we at the shop level need to cut back…maybe look in the mirror. Employees are paying the price for upper management poor choices- horrible optics!!! Sunbelt is losing the small business feeling that they once had-sad evolution. Just another big corporation.

      Hours and benefits are good.

      Cons

      CEO got a 7 million dollar raise and the same month they laid off 400 employees. SUS Then they can't figure out why morale is bad.
