Good pay, benefits, work with you for schedules, EAP, most branches are great, VERY SAFETY MOTIVATED (almost excessive).

Cons

Favouritism, Ol' boys club you have to be in it to advance anywhere, corporate LOVES TO MICROMANAGE, cameras in trucks both inward and outward, a lot of stupid policies, HR doesn't care if you're going through tough times.

good company to work for & offers good benefit package and competative pay.

Cons

specialiy divisions have minimal support, managment and other team members are spread thin and while upper managment has good intentions, they are not able to support the needs of the buisness and it causes burnout very quickly . 1 person has to do the job of 4 perople.
