      Pros

      Any time off I ask for. Even let me go into negative PTO. Ability to work at my own pace as well as take lunch whenever and how ever long I wanted.

      Cons

      Expensive Health Insurance. Never enough help. Work load never gets easier. The harder you work the more they ask you to do or send you on the road. Be prepared to be the jack of all trades. They ask you to do pretty much every role the shop has while still getting paid the same.
