the location that I work lack good management .they take too long to replace workers that resign therefore those that are left are over worked and under paid. for e.g. they will have 2 guys do what 6 guys usually do. they also hire you as a professional hvac technician but when you get there they give you a box truck to drive and deliver equipment.

My bonus was cut from what it used to be making me think people are greedy. Training on equipment is not really available as it should be. Time to work on stuff the way you need to takes time and people get mad. High stress to make money and wont pay the bonus you worked your butt off for.
