its just not enough

Pros

The company is on an amazing trajectory of growth. Small company feel but able to navigate the pandemic and take care of employees.

Cons

although the growth is a positive, it is also a negative because many of the departments including HR that support the growth in the field have been left behind. empty promises of change in HR but no real plans told to us yet. the department has been left without a real leader and direction or focus for too long which has left feelings of dissatisfaction, outdated processes & policies and destroying what little engagement was left in the dept causing people to leave, feel not valued and underpaid.

I started working with Sunbelt in 2014 as a service technician and made my way up to Key Accounts. In my time working with the company I worked with amazing individuals and had great managers. The benefits are amazing and the company is willing to do just about anything for you. You truly do feel like you belong working with them

Long hours, possible on call, slow to move up
