Local branches are capable of operating as their own identity through the power of Sunbelt. Upper and middle management are box checking and frequently get in the way with mundane tasks in a already busy and often times stressful work environment. Branches are often kept in the dark about decision making that effects the team on the ground level. Very much a micromanagement work environment that is pressed top down. -Inferior Technology -Sick and Vacation

Would like to see more diversity in management and leadership roles. Sunbelt does have several programs that support diversity in the workplace. I look forward to seeing a more diverse management team and the value that it adds to our business.
