money was good...but for Fort Mcmurray it was just average.

Cons

Extremely Disrespectful Atmosphere, really really bad training, management are people with no real education, people from the bush, very disorganised, Safety preached but NOT practiced, low morale. The worst part was the training, basically they tell you to go with someone and it doesnt matter if they teach u or not.

Cons

not too many negatives, just really good people , city of fort mcmurray needs to catch up with growth, some stigma to working in oil business

One of the biggest companies in Canada which will look good on CV Straight talking management Fairly low levels of work pressure stemming from undemanding expectations

Cons

Management is accustomed to directing rather than leading, hence senior managers lacking intellectual acumen in being able to handle simplest questions outside of their comfort zone
