      Pros

      Great company and people work at Sundt. I consider everyone like a large family working here at Sundt. Just really good driven people who go out of their way to do the best job possible. I started when the stock price was $14.72 per share back in 1997. It hit a high a few years ago of $168.00 per share. I've been here now almost 20 years and I have a nice parachute to land with. This is the best company I ever worked for and it being an ESOP is just another great advantage of working here. Highly recommended if you are talented and can bring a good amount of enthusiasm to work everyday.

      Pros

      1. Interesting projects. 2. ESOP is great, benefits are good. 3. Great people. 4. Safety and People Focused. 5. Great Team.

      Cons

      - Pay across divisions is not level. Superiors in one division making less than lesser positions in others. Always a struggle to level the playing field. - Travel has not been hard the past 6+years. - Empty promises about when to expect raises, job-site duration's.

      Pros

      I started as an Intern with Sundt this summer, and I really enjoyed my time there. The internships pay was very competitive and I was able to learn a lot from the experience I was given.

      Cons

      There hasn't been any Cons for me at this point. I have enjoyed my time working at Sundt.
