      Pros

      Some great go-getters on board. Perks include PTO, health benefits, ESOP. Most everyone is very helpful and accomodating.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and accountability. Not a lot of organization, but hopefully that will change in the next few years. Lack of open-door policy and neutrality. Some people are content with the status-quo and are not open to raising the bar or hearing suggestions for improvement and change.

      Pros

      Exciting, Forward-looking company that makes investments in its people, innovation and technology. 100% Employee Owned, ESOP company gives you a share in the success of the company. Although they try to promote within, they have attracted some amazing talent from outside the organization (and in some cases outside of the industry) that keep perspectives fresh and interesting.

      Cons

      There has been a tendency in the past to put more emphasis on revenue and growth over execution and profit. We seam to teeter-totter with this balance over time which can be interpreted as a lack of consistency in vision, leadership and direction. That being said, I feel like Sundt is gaining traction again and headed in the right direction.
