Cons
I went on medical leave and without a call or any communication to me my position was given to someone brand new. If it wasn't for my coworker to video call me and ask what do we do with your stuff. I came back to work with all my stuff in a box. And I would have came into work so confused. Also they tried to write me up after me calling out for migraines. It's just they do not care for their employees at all...
