Pros
Great work environment; very team-oriented. you'll learn a lot about how to approach customers from a different angle, not just come across as a salesperson. You'll make lifetime friends/colleagues. Great scheduling/flexibility for those still in high school/college. Highly recommend for students.
Cons
company is going through some changes and policies are getting stricter. its harder on the employees who are already in the company; if you're going to join the company now, you won't notice the difference and you should manage just fine. Promotions from within the company have come to decline since the changes have taken place; instead of promoting from within (like they used to) they are hiring people from the outside for upper-level management. It makes sense from a macro standpoint but it hurts the employees who have been loyal to the company for years.
