Pros
Great selection of sunglasses aimed to all different people, fun incentives as an employee. Fun to work with the clientele that want to be helped.
Cons
Desire to be like everyone else, conforming the style of the store to be more "apple-like," takes itself a little too seriously. Don't believe in promotions. I worked there for almost four years and was still making my base pay. The people who started before me were getting paid less than me, and those that started after me, with no experience, were making more than I was. They never gave breaks. Your "breaks" we're when customers aren't in the store.
