      There was a period when employees could be very creative and effective, while the company was expanding

      1. The CEO 2. The old dinosaurs in Kifissia and at the Greek plants 3. The fast expansion that got out of control 4. Half of the HR was creating positive impact and the other half was destroying it 4. Sales under fear and stress, marketing not autonomous 5. Micromanagement 6. Back stabbing and old cliques 7. Rewarding of toxic people 8.The unsuccessful strategy and decisions of the top management 9. The insecurity which leads to keeping toxic people at high level positions 10. If you want a salary raise and promotion you must skip everyone and go to the top decision maker as a beggar 11. Plants are mostly managed by indifferent or toxic people
