Business Outlook
Pros
It provides a solid income and oppurtunity for advancement. Sunoco also gives back to its employees. They are very open with there financials and provide numerous pathways to explore company business figures. The benefits are good but healthcare in a whole is expensive no matter where you go.
Cons
The rotating schedule and poor people management. Also they do not provide any time off for the fatrher of a newborn child. They allow you to take family medical leave but it is unpaid. There also seems to no type of commitees available to participate in like an ergonomics team or safety team, they are all filled by paid positions.
