      Cons

      - They're given a certain amount of hours they can do for each store, meaning if you aren't someone whose been there for years your hours may get cut for someone new

      I was able to work on many different projects and able to learn new skills and gain valuable experience.

      Cons

      There was a lack of structure in the department I worked in. Because of this there wasn't a career path for me in terms of advancing, and I wasn't given any goals or benchmarks I needed to hit in order to advance.
