      -Tuition reimbursement -401k matching - health and dental coverage -cell phone service discount -partial shoes for crews reimbursement

      Cons

      -little pto -hourly base rate seems fairly low -doesn't always seem like management listens to employee concern

      Pros

      -early morning hours -great benefits/401k match -company car -holidays and weekends off -incredible management (in the audit department at least) -tons of overtime available with no issue paying it -tons of promotion opportunity. The sky is the limit for those who work hard.

      Cons

      -having to deal with district managers when they aren't happy. -some departments appear to be a 'gentleman's club.' -annual raises are laughable/do not match cost of living increase. -senior auditors tend to be impatient and disrespectful the newer people. -the department is being outsourced and we are all getting laid off.

      Took only 2 yrs to earn full time.

      Cons

      You get out of it what you put in to it, so can cause scheduling issues outside the job.
