Pros
Flexible work schedule, there are several different shifts to choose from especially if you are working at a 24 hour Sunoco Plus. There are some good benefits if you are a student, or end up being full time, or at a supervisory position. Not a bad company if you find the right management.
Cons
Management needed some work on how they encouraged their good talent to stay. Many good people left due to being under appreciated by management. The manager had no idea how handle employee situations. employees left because they were putting in hard work, but not getting the recognition or pay they deserved. From an associates point of view, the company did not value their employees because of how management treated their employees.
