      Pros

      9/80 work schedule 5% discount on gasoline purchases Reasonable vacation time, medical benefits and 401K match. Good Center City location

      Cons

      Once you got in you could not fight your way out of your current grade level job. The upper management had no clue as to what we did everyday. They outsourced hundreds of jobs, terminated employees and then started hiring contractors with no benefits to help clean up the mess that was made by the IBM people in India and Argentina. The CEO who gutted the company has now stepped down and moved back to Texas with the millions of dollars she took from the company.

      Great pay, great people, respectable and honest work. Safe place to work in the refining industry.
