Pros
Good benefits, but employees are constantly reminded that management plans to eliminate some benefits in the future to save money.
Cons
Morale is extremely low and has gotten worse over the past few years. Very depressing work place. Employees are openly looking for new jobs outside of the company, including managers telling their reportables that they want out and are looking. Uncertainty at all times in all aspects. Never ending lay-offs. Employees are not valued and are told to just be happy they have a job, year after year.
